windows-server-2022-rtx3090-安装本地deeplabcut

服务器配置

RTX3090

流程

先在服务器安装cuda11.2 ; 对应的cudnn8.1

然后在指定路径打开git bash

git clone https://github.com/DeepLabCut/DeepLabCut.git

在 “指定路径”DeepLabCutconda-environments 内修改DEEPLABCUT.yaml文件内指定的channel路径;更换为对应的国内源

然后打开conda promot;进入clone的路径;开始搞搞环境

# 进入DEEPLABCUT.yaml文件存放的路径
cd ;指定路径;DeepLabCutconda-environments 

# 根据yaml文件创建环境
conda env create -f DEEPLABCUT.yaml

# clone已经创建的基础环境
conda create -n dlc-test --clone DEEPLABCUT 

# 安装所支持的tf-gpu
conda install tensorflow-gpu==2.4.1

# 安装对应的torch
conda install torch

# 安装deeplabcut
conda install deeplabcut 

## 所有的conda命令都可以用pip来装
## 装不上的环境可以加上指定channel,具体看pip安装包的指令
